PRE-SALES BUSINESS ANALYST 
Job Description Summary:

Provides service in delivering medium complexity technical solutions and business processes. Serves as the key conduit to business users for requirements and analysis.

Responsibility: 
  • Works with Sales Team - Pre Sales activity.
  • Works with the development team to define and manage requirements.
  • Decomposition of business requirements.
  • Acts effectively as technical speaker with the business project team.
  • Ensures BSA related documentation is complete. Accountable for test execution
  • Partners with the business to ensure project/application delivery is aligned to long term road map.
  • Responds to and performs impact analysis on incoming service/support requests, and is expected to assist with estimating work requests.
  • Specialty specific technology skills applicable as per the team focus e.g. Java, VB.NET, SQL etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Equivalent Bachelor's degree, ITIL
Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant IT experience
Tech Skills:
  • Strong knowledge on process improvement approaches, project estimating and planning, request analysis and prioritization, and business process design 
Other:
  • Strong team management skills including coaching, motivating, mentoring and small team resource scheduling.
  • Intermediate level in facilitation, negotiation, risk and communication skills.​

DEVELOPER ANALYST III 
Job Description Summary:
The primary purpose is to provide support to pre-sales activity. Work with BA and Sales in defining the proposed solution to client. Define development estimate and project cost based on client need/requirement. Perform complex coding and application (package) configuration, prepare component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results, and perform component and assembly testing.

Responsibility:
  • Works with internal and external customers at a consulting level / Pre-sales.
  • Performs complex coding and application (package) configuration including enhancements and break fix.
  • Performs difficult and complex assignments.
  • Organizes coding requirements, coordinates and performs component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results.
  • May lead and/or mentor small group of developers in resolving issues, developing, evaluating software code and procedures and providing technical assistance.
  • Anticipates, identifies, tracks and resolves issues and risks affecting own work/team work, through the change management methodology and/or SDLC.
  • Identifies risks inherent in the project module or application and develops mitigation tactics.
  • Develops detailed design specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Equivalent Bachelor's degree
Work experience: Minimum 7 years relevant IT experience
Tech Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more coding languages (e.g.; Java, J2EE, .Net, C# and/or packaged application) and platform operating systems (e.g.. Java Application Server, Windows XP, Vista, Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL, Database, Apache).
  • Intermediate knowledge in Design (UML/Object Modeling) and application programming, and Production System Support, Component/Assembly Testing Skills.
Other Skills:
  • Should be at an advanced level on the following: Ability to work independently within a defined scope of responsibility and have a sound understanding of the interfacing applications across the enterprise within portfolio/vertical and how they interrelate. Research, analytical, problem solving, decision making, priority mgmt skills and risk analysis skills. >Interpersonal, communication, (verbal and written), presentations, solid consulting, and customer communications skills.
  • Capable of estimating costs on a project. Understands revenue or cost implications of events within a customer project or contract, able to provide cost benefit analysis, including an understanding of the customer vertical.

MID LEVEL QA
Specific Responsibility:
  • Translates business and application requirements into testable requirements.
  • Writes and executes detailed test cases.
  • Provides support/guidance to business area resources responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Logs defects and follows-up on the delivery of defect resolution.
  • Reports execution progress on a daily basis to the Sr SQA.​​
Technical Skills:
  • Equivalent Bachelor's degree, ITIL Training is plus , Minimum 5 years relevant IT experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of software development methodologies, Quality Assurance and Quality methodologies and frameworks
  • Has intermediate test estimation capabilities
  • Intermediate technical and functional knowledge with a solid understanding of business processes and operations.

JAVA MID LEVEL DEVELOPER
Specific Responsibility:
  • Takes vague outline/concepts to produce tangible plans or systems. Develops and produces tangible plans and systems based on analysis of vague outline/concepts.
  • Provides cost effective solutions that: allows for rapid product and service introduction, enhances the customer experience while maintaining and ensuring data integrity; or enhances business performance through process improvements.
  • Develops new tools and processes, and facilitates discussions by demonstrating subject matter expertise when explaining outputs to senior leaders.
  • Successfully liaises within team and interfaces with internal clients, impacted business units, external partners and/or vendors (where appropriate) on cross-functional implementation activities to meet deliverables and influences decision making to maximize operational efficiencies with minimal downstream implications.
  • Leads process improvement aspects of a project or component of a very complex project.
  • Develops, defines and implements business requirements.
Technical Skills:
  • University degree in CS, Engineering or any IT related Course. Minimum 5 years relevant IT experience
  • Greater familiarity with various IT- related best practices and methodologies in product delivery, testing, deployment and support.
  • A self-starter and exercises good judgment towards accomplishing assigned work at acceptable timelines and expectations.
  • 2 to 3 years development experience using the following; J2EE platform, J2ME (Android), Javascript , CSS/HTML. Integration with different Hardware SDKs.
  • Advance working experience with frameworks and patterns/practices etc. JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Struts.
  • Database development experience: MySQL, MSSQL, PostGreSQL and other RDBMS databases.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Status reporting, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Component/Assembly Testing Skills.

C#.NET MID LEVEL DEVELOPER

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Educational Attainment: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course, preferably Marketing.
  • Minimum Work Experience: At least 1-3 years experience in sales and marketing preferably from a service industry.

SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
The SALES EXECUTIVE plays the role of a key point of contract for the clients. They played varied tasks like answering queries, offering technical assistance, and offering assistance to the organization in launching new products. Reporting to AE Supervisor, the SALES EXECUTIVE will be part of the team responsible for selling and marketing the products and services of the company. He/She is responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy, qualifying prospects, corporate accounts, generates sales pipeline while consistently closing business deals in order to meet and exceeds sales target.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Market and sell the company's product and services within an assigned territory to prospective clients through calls, emails, and personal visits.
  • Meet target quota by closing deals with clients in conformance to company’s policies and procedures. >Assist the AE Supervisor in coming up with an effective marketing strategy using the resources made available by the company
  • Deliver presentations/sales pitch to clients highlighting the products and services of the company
  • Manage day-to-day affairs and ensure target quota is met at all times
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on status of activities needed to close deal with clients

  • Has proficient marketing or selling skills in IT sector including system generation and software solution
