Filmetrics Corporation Awarded Contract to Develop an Integrated Finance and Administrative System for the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA)

Filmetrics Corporation has been awarded the contract for the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Finance and Administrative Division System (FAD System) for the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA).
The project commenced on October 26, 2026, with a 90-day delivery period. It seeks to streamline NCDA’s internal operations by consolidating key administrative and financial processes within a centralized, web-based platform. The system will encompass three principal areas: Human Resource Management, Inventory and Disposal, and Budget Management, with support for integration with the agency’s existing accounting system.
The system is designed to address fragmented workflows, enhance record accuracy, and facilitate more efficient reporting and monitoring. It will also incorporate data security measures, user training, and technical support to promote reliable day-to-day operations.

This engagement builds upon Filmetrics Corporation’s experience in government information systems, software development, and system integration. Since 2009, the company has collaborated with public and private organizations to develop technology solutions that address their operational requirements.
Through this initiative, Filmetrics Corporation seeks to support NCDA in strengthening its administrative processes through a more structured and integrated digital system.
